Thanks to the early morning lap swimmers for scrubbing clean the top row of pool tiles at the end of the season before the pool is covered.

Board member Susan Tuttle got things rolling this year by bringing the sponges.
Resident Pat Nolan, who has been lap swimming here with her husband Bryan for 25 years, said the pool is “the jewel of the community. Cleaning the tiles is a way for the swimmers to give back” to the board of directors and the community.
Tuttle added, “It was kind of our thank you.”
She added that the adult lap swimming hours, 6-8 a.m. daily, are not just for proficient swimmers. Adults who are  rehabbing are welcome to just walk the lanes for physical therapy.
The sponge brigade this year was: Tuttle, the Nolans, Jack Griffith and Michelle Patterson.
