The Park Stockdale Civic Association is a Home Owners Association for the 578-home community in southwest Bakersfield. Located at 205 Rio Bravo Drive, it was founded in 1963 and is governed by an 11-member board of directors. Board meetings are held on site at the hall at 7 p.m. the second Monday of each month.

Facilities include: a tree-lined park, 75-foot-long swimming pool and small wading pool, four tennis courts with a tennis teaching professional, a tree-shaded playground, baseball diamonds, a volleyball court, and a hall available for rental.

Dues are $36 a month.
