A crack team of board members and children scoured the neighborhood for their picks for the nicest Christmas decorated homes.

Homes were judged on Christmas trees, traditional decorations, children’s themes, nativity, and electronic and mechanical features.

Board members enjoyed meeting the residents Monday when they passed out coupons for a dozen Foster’s Donuts to each winning household.

To be eligible, residents had to be current with their quarterly dues.
