The American and California flags are flying above Park Stockdale again for the first time in many years just in time for Memorial Day and our nation’s 250th anniversary.
Board member Josh Saravia rescued the rusting flagpole, sanded and painted it.
He planted the flag Sunday morning with help from resident Sergio Diaz and board members Adam Johnson, Eli Hamm and Jim Carnal.
